Terms Scoped per engagement from £6,000. If the POC shows the economics don't work, we stop the build before handover and charge for the scope, build, and honest report. You do not pay for a production roll-out we wouldn't recommend.

Confirm the workflow, define the baseline, agree the go/no-go criteria.

Build (weeks 1–3)

Stand up the environment, integrate with source systems, instrument, iterate.

Phase 03

Measure (week 3–4)

Compare against the baseline; where results disagree with assumptions, we say so.

Phase 04

Readout (end week 4)

Joint session with engineering, operations, and whoever owns the budget. Written report follows.
